structure is open to all Entities or Industries that feel
the need for collaboration in order to train their technical
staff on subjects aimed at industrial problem-solving.
Development
and training: an industrial reality
The
company's concern with training has enabled it to develop
concrete forms of collaboration with various faculties of
Padua University.
The students, who attend lessons in a special structure within
the factory, are brought into direct contact with industrial
reality, while the industry itself gains a preview of new
technological initiatives proposed by future graduates, and
the opportunity to implement them.
"Management
of, rather than subjection to technological progress"
is the idea conveyed to students. They are taught notions
that will make them conscious, capable managers of innovation
geared to the future.
